Winslow Therapeutic Center
is a non-profit organization accredited by the North
American Riding for the Handicapped Association. Therapeutic
horseback riding produces smiles, laughter, friendship, and healing.
We see children and adults every day who improve their physical,
cognitive, social, and emotional well being by learning to ride
in our therapeutic environment. Our well trained and caring staff
and volunteers have made it possible for us to offer a unique and
often life-changing horseback riding experience to children and
adults in our community since 1974.
Winslow offers a new program -
"Horses for Heroes"
Winslow is offering equine assisted activities
and therapies to military service veterans in the form of individual
one-on-one and group therapeutic horseback riding. The program
is also being offered to the children of service personnel killed
in action. Download
